As one of the four prefects of Lawrenceville's Carter House, I supported students and acquainted them with House life, helped our Heads of Houses with preparing House events and activities, and worked on encouraging House pride and bonding.

As a paid machine learning and software engineer intern, I tested AYR's IRS tax form recognition model, built web crawlers for ground truth data collection, and created an internal GitHub release tracker website.

I engineered and programmed the robot and held workshops for rookie teams. Awards: 2024 Division Finalist Alliance 1st Pick, Winning Alliance Captain, Control Award Winner etc…

I have lead multiple AI and programming workshops. I taught middle schoolers how to use AWS AI tools, how to use MXNET & PyTorch framework to train models, as well as how to code with Python.

I am the cello principal for Lawrenceville's Philharmonic and Collegium orchestras, leading the cello section and playing solos. I also am the cellist of the Dresdner Quartet, Lawrenceville's first and only string quartet. We perform at school events (Allegro Show, St. Baldricks, etc.), and we won 1st place at the NJAST Quartet-Fest. We have been coached by Tomoko Fujita, Kathryn Lockwood, and other musicians.

As president, I helped to raise $500+ for Asian charities, create school event ideas, and host Exploration events (Lunar New Year dumpling-making, Calligraphy night, etc.).

I have played piano for 12 years. While I mainly play for the enjoyment of myself, my friends, and family, I have received the NJMTA Spring Recital Auditions 7 Years Trophy and have passed through ABRSM Grade 8 exam.

As co-president of the TBD Podcast club, I created episode outlines and scripts, contacted and interviewed guest hosts (e.g. Jane Cox), edited episodes, managed our social media accounts, and designed episode covers.
